Wow, it's been a while since we've updated the website, huh? Well, we have been chugging along with development here and finally are starting to reach the point where we can show some signs of it. Nice seeing you all at the AEC tradeshow. We didn't have the fanciest booth (credit that to one of the cash-rich internet portal start-ups) but we did have one of the busiest! Lots of positive feedback about the alpha preview of Dr. Frame 3-D, and big smiles from the educators when they learned of our upcoming plans to award Visual Mechanics I and II software to educators who participate in a soon to be announced Vismech to the masses program.

May 25, 2000:

Dr. Software will be attending the AEC Systems Tradeshow, June 6-8 in Washington D.C. Come visit us in booth 1132! We will be demonstrating a prototype of the Dr. Frame 3D modeling environment!

April 6, 2000:

Dr. Frame 1.0.1 Updater has been released. This is largely a maintenance release fixing many significant bugs, but a few notable features have been incorporated as well, including: a beta release of automatic plastic hinges, textual annotations, improved printing. Dr. Beam Pro 1.0.5 Updater is now available for download. It is highly recommended for all users of Dr. Beam Pro 1.0.1 - 1.03. The updater fixes several bugs, including several potential crashing errors on Windows machines. Download the updater for your platform from the support page.

June 25, 1999:

Dr.Frame beta 5 is now available for download! This release, adding many features and fixing many bugs, is the last beta prior to the release of Version 1.0 targeted for September 1.

April 14, 1999:

Dr. Beam Pro 1.0.1 Updater is now available for download. It is recommended for all users of Dr. Beam Pro 1.0. The updater fixes a bug with the units for E and also contains several incremental improvements. Download the updater for your platform from the support page.

February 16, 1999:

The Visual Mechanics 1.1.2 Updater for Windows users is now available from the Vismech updates page. This fixes problems with the start-up menu and registration dialog.
