Zoom Tool

The zoom tool can be used to easily zoom in and out on different parts of a structural model. Clicking at a point with the zoom tool will magnify the view with the clicked point at the center of the view. Shift-clicking at a point will de-magnify the view in similar fashion.

Note that you can always quickly return to the Home View by selecting the Home View command from the Views menu (or simply type 'H').

For particularly convenient zooming, click and drag a rectangle around a portion of a structure of interest. The resulting rectangular frame will be used as the resulting magnified view. The two figures below illustrate this in action:
